FROM PECANS TO PROPERTY

My entrepreneurial journey began at just 8 years old, selling pecans and quickly evolving into lemonade stands and snow cones. By 6th grade, I’d mastered reinvestment, selling bubble gum and then cinnamon toothpicks at school. I quickly learned the valuable lesson that helping others get what they want creates endless opportunity. However, being shut down by a teacher showed me a different side of business—don’t let others' limited perspectives hold me back. Years later, that same mindset delayed my big breakthrough when a realtor dismissed my 1998 idea to list homes online for sight-unseen purchases—a concept far ahead of its time.

Initially, real estate was about living more affordably. I realized that if I could get others to pay for my home, I could live cheaper. Now I realize it is more then about the money. We Invest now to make an IMPACT. We are actively working to solve the housing affordability crisis in America. With this it becomes the perfect time to team to help people like yourself invest Passively and make better returns then you can any where else I know of, while you help us make an impact on homelessness as well as helping 1st responders, blue collar workers, veterans and teachers afford to live in the same communities they serve.
